The Trial Version of one of our products cannot be downloaded completely
First of all, thank you for your interest in our product. Download problems can have multiple reasons which are all caused by unusual computer settings or a bad internet connection to our download servers.
To ensure that there are no problems with your computer's settings, please do the following:
Deactivate all Download Managers that may be installed on your computer (e.g. GetRight, FlashGet, DAP, Go!Zilla). Some of these download managers can cause problems when trying to download the installation file from our server.
If you are an advanced user, check the Proxy Settings of your internet browser. If you have entered a proxy server there to improve your internet connection speed, try deactivating it for this download.
Clear your Internet Cache or your Temporary Internet Files. In Microsoft Internet Explorer, this can be done in the Tools -> Internet Options... menu. Click Delete Files in the window that appears and wait until the deletion is completed. Then close the Options window.
Alternatives if the download still fails:
Download our program from one of our alternative download servers. These can be found on the download page of the corresponding product. Cancel the download that starts automatically and then click one of our alternative servers.
Finally you could try using a search engine to find other download servers e.g. "TuneUp Utilities 2013 Download". Download the program from a site that you consider trustworthy (e.g. PC Magazines, big download portals or internet providers).
