The Registration Key is not accepted

This problem can have several possible causes. The possible causes and necessary steps to solve the problem are as follows:

  • Possible cause:
    You have tried to register an old version of the product using a Registration Key for a newer version (e.g. Version 2011 instead of 2010).

    Solution:
    • Make sure that you have installed the version of the product, for which you have purchased your Registration Key. You can see which version your Registration Key is valid for in your order confirmation e-mail.

  • Possible cause:
    You have not entered the Registration Key exactly as it is written in the order confirmation e-mail.

    Solution:
    • If you made your purchase directly at the TuneUp shop, cleverbridge or element 5, you can have all Registration Keys that you have bought so far sent to you via e-mail.

      If you bought the product from other sellers (such as eSellerate, T-Online and CompUSA), please contact the respective vendor to request that the Registration Key be resent to you.
